As the former Operations and Training Manager for a leading Health Care Management Company, Kim brings 26 years of management and leadership experience to KLunsford, LLC. She has facilitated numerous leadership growth workshops and training classes to enhance the skills and knowledge of assoicates at all levels. In addition, Kim was frequently called upon to assist in the finalist presentations to prospective and renewing clients including BMW, AIG and others. As an Operations manager, Kim led teams in change management and process mapping to recognize opportunites to eliminate redundancies and improve effectiveness.
