Communication and Leadership Skills

Multiple fun, engaging, and comprehensive workshops discussing various skills from core communication skills to conflict resolution. Discussion of a variety of tools and skills that will enhance and improve communication skills. The focus of the workshops is the 6 Core Principles of Communications. Practice of each skill is conducted throughout the workshop with a role play session that challenges that participants to use the new skills and tolls in "real world" scenarios in a safe, fun environment.

We have created multiple workshops from 2 to 6 hours providing a variety of tools and skills to create and enhance extraordinary customer service experiences.

Several comprehensive, inspiring, and fun workshops that introduce and discuss multiple customer service and life tools and skills. Each tool and skill builds on the previous one in order to create a cohesive workshop that flows naturally. Practice of all skills is conducted throughout the workshop with a role play session at the end of the workshops that challenge participants to use their new skills in a safe environment.
